Swimming Trunks

topic posted Tue, December 5, 2006 - 1:13 PM by  Daniel
Okay guys, my swimming trunks wore completely out a few weeks ago and I can't seem to find a store in which to buy them. Can anyone tell me where they go? I know that the Speedo store is only online now, but I've seen their selection and it's not great. No luck at Big 5 either.

I prefer the lycra type of swimming trunks especially the ones that are shaped like small shorts.

I'm having the same problem. My suit is completely worn out (it will probably be clear soon!) but NO stores have swim suits right now. I think we have to wait until spring....or...

I don't know where you live but GI Joes or an REI might have something?? I live in Portland, OR and we have a swim suit store. Hugely overpriced since it's off season, but you might have something like that where you live...

I'd like to add <www.kastawayswimwear.com> to the list of places to order from. They carry most major brands. I've had good service from them, plus no problems with getting sale items on back order.

I got lucky this weekend. For those of you in Los Angeles/Hollywood area, the Sports Chalet at the Beverly Connection across from the Beverly Center has a decent selection. They have an entire section just for water sports including diving. It was a nice surprise to find.
